Prices are steady. The undertone is steady. The Southeast shell egg
inventory is down 4.9%. Retail demand is moderate to fairly good into areas
that are projected to be affected by the hurricane. Foodservice demand is
mostly moderate. Offerings are light. Supplies are light to moderate.
Market activity is moderate to active. Eastern Region breaking stock demand
is mostly moderate. Supplies are light to moderate. Breaking schedules are
normal. Spent fowl demand is light and unaggressive for the moderate
offerings. Processing schedules are normal.

WHITE EGGS IN CARTONS, CENTS PER DOZEN.
