The History of Ag Plus
Ag Plus, LP was formed in July 1, 2001 though a merger voted on by the stockholders of Allen County Cooperative Association, established in 1930, and Farmers Elevator Company of South Whitley, established in 1912. Allen County Cooperative Association was comprised of six locations, and Farmers Elevator Company included two locations. The combination of the two companies was an easy transition, as both offered similar services and products to the Allen and Whitley county ares. The blend of Ag Plus,LP has been very benefical for both the patrons and employees of the company through efficiencies of these products and services.


Organizational Structure
The organizational structure is comprised of five departments within our company. Agronomy, Grain, Feed, Petroleum and Administrative developed to make the five departments. These five departments oversee the operation of the company with the main source of income coming from Agronomy, Grain, Feed and Petroleum. The five departments coordinate activities with the branch managers for the efficient, economic operations of Ag Plus, LP.
